Tell us what’s on your mind.

Need help with an order, want to talk through an event, or simply have a question? Point us in the right direction and give us the details that matter. We’ll take it from there.

Choose the fastest path

A little routing saves a lot of back-and-forth.

Use the dedicated order pages when they fit. Use the general form below for everything else.

Contact One of a Kind Finds

Send us a message.

Choose the topic that best matches your question and include enough context for us to understand what you need.

Helpful details: product or order name, event date, relevant page link, city or venue, and any deadline that affects the request. Please do not include passwords, full payment-card numbers, or sensitive personal information.

After you press send

Your message starts the conversation.

A contact-form submission is not an accepted custom order, confirmed event booking, product reservation, production approval, or guarantee of timing.

1

Your message is routed

The topic and details help identify whether the question belongs with shopping, custom orders, events, order support, accessibility, privacy, or another area.

2

The details are reviewed

If important information is missing, we may need to ask follow-up questions before we can give a useful answer or next step.

3

The right next step is shared

That may be an answer, a request for more information, a dedicated form, an order-support step, or a conversation about feasibility and timing.

Before sending another message

Good details make better answers.

Where should I start a custom shirt order?

Use the Custom Orders page. Its form collects the design, quantity, timing, sizing, artwork, and delivery information needed to begin a useful order conversation.

What should I include about an existing order?

Include the order number, the name or email used for the order, the product involved, and a clear description of the question. Do not send passwords or full payment-card information.

What belongs in an event invitation?

Share the date, location, event type, expected attendance, host organization, setup window, vendor or instructor requirements, fees, and the kind of participation you are requesting.

How do I report an accessibility barrier?

Choose “Accessibility Request” as the topic if available. Include the page or feature, what you were trying to do, what happened, and your preferred response method. Device or assistive-technology details are helpful but optional.

What if my question is time-sensitive?

Put the actual deadline or event date in the message. Submitting the form does not guarantee availability, production timing, delivery, a reservation, or a response by a particular date.

Can the general contact form confirm a quote or order?

No. A custom order is not final until the applicable artwork, garments, availability, quantities, sizes, pricing, payment, timing, delivery, and production details have been reviewed and approved.
