This Privacy Policy applies when One of a Kind Finds (“One of a Kind Finds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) determines how personal information is handled through oneofakindfinds.net and related ecommerce, forms, customer service, custom-order, Shirt Studio, email, and text-message activities (collectively, the “Services”).
“Personal information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, can reasonably be linked with, or is reasonably linkable to a person or household, as defined by applicable law. It does not include information lawfully treated as anonymous, deidentified, or aggregated.
This Policy should be read with our Terms of Use & Sale and any notices shown at checkout, on a form, or when you subscribe to communications.

We may collect personal information:
We may use personal information to:
We may disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including to:
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain disclosures of identifiers, device information, or internet activity to advertising or analytics providers can be treated as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws, even when no money changes hands. If we use practices covered by those laws, we will provide the required notice and opt-out method and honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals where required.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of consumers under 16 for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The site and its providers may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, software development kits, and similar technologies. These technologies may:
You can use browser settings to delete or block certain cookies, although some site features may not work correctly. If the site displays a cookie or privacy-preference control, use it to make the choices offered there.
Some browsers offer “Do Not Track,” but there is no universal standard for it. Where applicable law requires recognition of a Global Privacy Control or another approved opt-out preference signal, we will treat the signal as a request for the browser or device sending it, subject to legally permitted verification.
Payment providers process payment-card information under their own privacy and security terms. We may receive limited information such as status, transaction identifier, billing name, card type, and partial card details needed for records, fraud prevention, refunds, and support.
The Shirt Studio may process selections such as garment, pattern, colors, logo placement, quantity, and design summary in your browser. It may use browser storage or the clipboard to carry a design summary into the custom-order process. Browser storage and copied clipboard content remain available according to your device, browser, and clipboard behavior.
Uploaded artwork may contain names, images, metadata, school or organization identifiers, or other personal information. Submit only what is necessary and only when you have authority and permission to do so. We use submitted content to evaluate, quote, proof, produce, fulfill, document, and support the request or order.
A group organizer should provide only the participant information needed for the order and should tell participants how their information will be used. We may communicate with the organizer rather than every participant unless the order structure requires otherwise.
When you submit an order or request, we may send communications reasonably necessary to respond and fulfill it, such as receipts, design questions, approvals, production updates, pickup notices, and delivery information.
If you receive marketing email, you may unsubscribe using the link in the message. We may retain a limited suppression record so we can respect the request. Transactional messages about an active order may continue.
If you separately consent to text messages, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help where those commands are supported. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase where prohibited by law.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:
Retention varies by information type, sensitivity, transaction status, legal requirements, and whether deletion is technically and legally permitted. When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely dispose of it.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information based on its nature and the Services involved. We also rely on service providers to secure the systems they operate.
No website, transmission, storage method, payment system, or security program can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your devices, accounts, passwords, downloaded files, and clipboard. Contact us promptly if you believe information connected with the Services has been misused.
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and children under 13 should not submit personal information or place orders. Purchases and custom-production approvals must be made by an adult with legal authority.
An adult may provide limited information about a minor when reasonably necessary for a family, school, team, Grow Shirt, or group order—for example, a name used in authorized artwork or sizing information. By doing so, the adult represents that they are a parent, guardian, or authorized group representative with permission to submit that information.
Do not submit education records, medical information, government identifiers, precise location, or other unnecessary sensitive information about a child. If you believe a child under 13 submitted personal information directly without appropriate consent, contact us so we can evaluate and delete it as required.
Depending on where you live and subject to legal exceptions, you may have rights to:
Use our Contact page and identify the request as a “Privacy Request.” Tell us your state or country, the right you want to exercise, and enough information for us to locate relevant records.
We may need to verify identity and authority before completing a request. Verification may depend on the sensitivity of the information and can include matching information already on file. We will use verification information only for the request. If we cannot verify a request, we may deny or limit it as permitted by law.
Where permitted, an authorized agent may submit a request for you. We may require proof of authorization and direct identity confirmation unless law provides otherwise.
Residents of states with comprehensive privacy laws may receive the rights described above when those laws apply to One of a Kind Finds and the relevant processing.
For the preceding 12 months, the categories of personal information collected may include identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet or electronic activity, approximate geolocation, audio or visual content submitted by a customer, professional or organizational information, and inferences. The examples, sources, business purposes, and categories of recipients are described in Sections 2 through 5 of this Policy.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for the purpose of inferring characteristics about a person. We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. If a covered advertising or analytics practice is considered sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable law, eligible residents may request to opt out through the Contact page or a privacy control made available on the site.
We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny a request, we will explain the basis where required and provide appeal instructions when applicable. You may also have the right to contact your state attorney general or privacy regulator.
One of a Kind Finds and its providers may process and store information in the United States and other locations where service providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws than your home country.
Where the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or similar law applies, processing may rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before a contract, legitimate interests that are not overridden by your rights, consent, or legal obligations. Eligible individuals may have rights to access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, and complaint to a supervisory authority.
International sales and privacy obligations depend on where products are offered and delivered. Contact us before submitting sensitive information if you need information about cross-border processing or transfer safeguards.
The Services may link to or integrate third-party sites and tools, including payment processors, ecommerce and CRM platforms, shipping carriers, social media, embedded content, and external websites. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies and contracts. Review their terms before providing information directly to them.
This Policy does not apply to independent third parties that determine their own purposes and means of processing, except where law requires otherwise.
We may update this Policy as the Services, vendors, practices, or laws change. We will post the updated Policy with a revised effective date. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law.
Review this page periodically, especially before submitting new personal information.
For privacy questions, rights requests, consent questions, or concerns about personal information, contact One of a Kind Finds through the Contact page. Label the message “Privacy Request” and include only the information reasonably necessary for us to respond.
