Order help

Let’s get your order sorted.

Need help choosing a product, finding an order, updating a detail, understanding a custom request, or reporting a delivery problem? Start here and send the information that helps us find the right next step.

Before you send the message

Give us a clean way to find the order.

The most useful support message identifies the transaction, describes the issue, and shows what you are seeing.

Never send a full card number, password, government ID, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

  • Order or request identifier
Include the order number when you have one. For custom requests, use the name and email submitted with the form.
  • One clear description
Tell us what you expected, what happened, and what resolution you are requesting.
  • Useful photos
For damage, incorrect items, print concerns, or package issues, include clear photos of the item, packaging, label, and affected area.
  • Any real deadline
If the order is for an event, include the event date and the date the items are actually needed in hand.

Two different order paths

Ready-made purchases and custom requests do not move the same way.

Choose the side that matches your order so the next step is clear.

Ready-made shop orders

You selected an existing product and checked out.

Use the order confirmation as the source of truth for the purchased product, quantity, shipping or pickup method, amount, and policy disclosures.

  • Check the confirmation and tracking messages before requesting status.
  • Ask about changes or cancellation immediately; approval is not guaranteed.
  • Return, exchange, and refund eligibility depends on the product and terms shown for the order.
  • For a listing or sizing question before buying, link to the exact product in your message.

Custom & group orders

A submitted form is a request for review—not a production order.

The form starts the conversation. Garment, sizes, quantity, colors, artwork, placement, availability, pricing, timing, delivery, approval, and payment may still need confirmation.

  • If you only submitted the form, identify the name and email used.
  • If you received a quote or approval, reference that document and version.
  • Send changes before approval or production whenever possible.
  • No event date or production slot is guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

When the package or pickup is the problem

Document first. Then send one complete report.

Keep the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed. The right details can determine whether the next step belongs with the carrier, the order record, or product support.

Tracking has not moved

Review the carrier’s latest scan and the estimated delivery information before contacting support.

  • Order number
  • Tracking number
  • Latest carrier status
  • Needed-by date, if relevant

Package says delivered

Confirm the delivery address and check the carrier’s delivery details, safe locations, household members, building staff, or neighbors as appropriate.

  • Order and tracking number
  • Confirmed delivery address
  • Carrier delivery record
  • What locations were checked

Item is damaged or incorrect

Do not discard the item, garment tags, shipping label, or packaging until the report is reviewed.

  • Order number
  • Full-item photo
  • Close-up of the issue
  • Packaging and shipping-label photos

Common order questions

Find the next step before you send the message.

How do I check my ready-made order status?

Start with the order confirmation and any tracking or pickup messages. If those do not answer the question, contact support with the order number and the name and email used at checkout.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Ask as soon as possible. A request is not approved until confirmed. Availability depends on the product, order status, production stage, and the cancellation terms disclosed at checkout or in the written custom-order documents.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Eligibility depends on the item, its condition, whether it was custom or personalized, and the terms presented with the order. Review the order documents and the Terms of Use & Sale, then contact support with the order number.

I submitted the custom-order form. Has production started?

Not from the form alone. A submission begins review. Production starts only after the required order details, approvals, and payment steps have been confirmed.

How do I update artwork, sizes, quantities, or an event date?

Contact support immediately and identify the custom request, quote, or confirmed order. Explain exactly what changed. Changes may affect availability, price, and timing and may not be possible after approval or production begins.

What if handmade shirts do not look perfectly identical?

Reasonable variation in color distribution, saturation, texture, and pattern placement is part of handmade production. If you believe an item materially differs from the accepted order rather than showing normal variation, send clear photos and the order information.

Should I contact the shipping carrier or One of a Kind Finds?

Use the carrier’s tracking record for scan and delivery information. Contact One of a Kind Finds when the order record, address, product, packaging, damage, or required resolution needs review. Include the carrier information in your message.

What personal information should I avoid sending?

Do not send a full card number, password, government ID, medical information, or unrelated sensitive information. Use the order number, contact information already associated with the order, and only the photos and details needed to explain the issue. See the Privacy Policy.

Still need a hand?

Send one clear message with the order details.

Include the order or request identifier, the name and email used, what happened, the resolution you are requesting, and any useful photos or deadline.

How custom orders work

Start with the look. We’ll handle the details.

The visualizer gives us a clear starting point. From there, every practical decision gets confirmed before production begins.

1

Build your preview

Choose the garment, pattern, colors, estimated quantity, and logo placement that fit your group.

2

Confirm the order

We review artwork, sizes, garment availability, quantity, pricing, timing, and fulfillment with you.

3

Make it one of a kind

Once the details are approved, your pieces move into production. Handmade variation is part of what makes them yours.

Why One of a Kind Finds

Handmade on purpose.

Factory-perfect sameness was never the point. Every piece carries the shared colors of the group and the individual character of something made by hand.

  • Designed around your group. Your colors, occasion, artwork, and starting idea guide the order.
  • Real confirmation before production. Availability, pricing, sizing, timing, and artwork are reviewed with you.
  • Variation with character. Handmade dye patterns naturally differ from one piece to the next.

Before you order

The useful questions.

The preview starts the conversation. These answers explain what happens next.

Is the visualizer a final production proof?

No. It communicates your direction. Final artwork, garment availability, sizing, pricing, quantities, and timing are confirmed with you before anything is made.

Can we use our own logo or artwork?

Yes. You can preview a logo in the creator, then submit the original production-quality file with your inquiry.

Will every handmade shirt look exactly the same?

Each piece will follow the approved direction while keeping the natural variation that comes with handmade dye work.

How are pricing and timing determined?

They depend on the garment, quantity, artwork, production needs, and current availability. You receive the confirmed details before production begins.

What garment styles and sizes are available?

The creator shows common starting styles, including adult and youth tees, long sleeves, and hoodies. Exact styles, colors, and sizes are confirmed for each order.

Bring the group. We’ll bring the color.

Start a custom order for everyone—or find a ready-made piece that already feels like yours.
